Individual nutrition assessment


60 minutes

A nutrition assessment with CSI Pacific’s sport dietitians will elevate your training by offering personalized guidance and strategies tailored to your needs. Through comprehensive analysis, we pinpoint areas for improvement and create a customized nutrition plan to optimize your performance. Whether you’re aiming to boost muscle mass, enhance endurance, or improve recovery, our team provides you with the tools and knowledge to fuel your body effectively. By optimizing nutrient intake and hydration strategies, you’ll experience increased energy levels and improved training outcomes. With our support, you’ll develop sustainable nutrition habits to drive long-term success in your athletic pursuits. 

Invoices will include our practitioners’ license number which can be covered by many health benefit programs. 

45-min follow-ups are $110

Similar to the Individual Nutrition Assessment listed above, this 90-minute assessment is even more in-depth and comprehensive, and our Performance Nation team will utilize that extra time to further find ways to optimize your performance through a customized nutrition plan.

This is a comprehensive 45-minute follow up to the individual assessments listed above.

Body composition assessment


30 minutes

Body composition measurement can help guide a personalized nutrition plan, especially when tracking changes with previous assessments to monitor progress. By assessing metrics such as muscle mass, body fat percentage, and bone length, we gain valuable insights into an athlete’s unique physiological profile. This information enables us to tailor nutrition recommendations to support specific goals, whether it’s optimizing muscle mass, reducing body fat, or maintaining hydration levels for peak performance. For example, athletes with lower muscle mass may require higher protein intake to support muscle growth.  

The primary protocol for anthropometry testing will reference the most recent standards and instructions set by the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK). The benefit of these assessments comes from repeated individual comparisons over time. By tracking measurements over time and aligning with other health parameters (bloodwork, menstrual cycle/hormone profiles, bone health, cardiovascular function) a range may be determined for an athlete that ensures mental and physical health while optimizing performance.

Group cooking session

$480 + cost of food

Performance Nation, powered by CSI Pacific, offers cooking sessions to provide athletes with the knowledge and skills to prepare nutritious meals tailored to their training needs. These sessions focus on creating simple, balanced meals suitable for busy schedules, specific budgets and on-the-go lifestyles, as well as strategies for cooking while traveling. Athletes learn how to incorporate snacks into their routine to support optimal recovery and performance. These sessions are particularly beneficial for younger/varsity athletes who are navigating independent living and learning to shop and cook for themselves for the first time. By providing hands-on instruction and valuable tips, our sport dieticians will empower athletes to make choices that will allow them to fuel their bodies for success both on and off the field.

Group Education session

Performance Nation, powered by CSI Pacific offers group educational sessions with our expert sport dietitians, covering a wide range of topics essential for enhancing athletic performance. From optimizing daily training nutrition to competition fueling, periodization, supplementation, preparing for travel, hydration strategies, grocery shopping and meal planning, to mindful eating, our sessions provide comprehensive guidance to athletes at all levels. Athletes learn evidence-based strategies tailored to their individual needs, enabling them to fuel their bodies effectively, enhance recovery, and achieve peak performance. By addressing key aspects of nutrition in a supportive group setting, athletes gain valuable knowledge and practical skills to optimize their dietary habits, ultimately elevating their performance on and off the field.
