These aspects of training are critical for success in sports like volleyball, basketball, hockey, football, rugby, field hockey, lacrosse, soccer, and other sports that require high levels of speed, power, and athleticism.
SESSIONS and STRATEGIES THAT HELP MAXIMIZE Athletic success
Open to athletes from a variety of sports offering a group training environment, this program includes two 75-minute track and gym sessions per week and two performance testing sessions which will measure athlete progression throughout the program. Participants will also be provided with an introduction to Sport Nutrition and Mental Performance with two 60-minute online sessions with CSI Pacific Sport Dietitians and Mental Performance Consultant. These sessions are also open to parents and coaches looking to support their athlete in these specific areas.
This program also integrates targeted injury mitigation strategies by teaching athletes how to move efficiently, control their bodies, and build resilience through strength training to reduce the risk of common sport-related injuries.
